We really like our system. We are warm and we really appreciated Tim understanding our medical situation and suggesting we have the other attic access made in my son’s room. That was so wonderful! To Whom it May Concern,
We are writing this letter to thank McClelland Air Conditioning and its fantastic employees for their help with our heating and air conditioning problem. When our heater failed to start one morning. We called McClelland Air Conditioning and within a very short period of time a repair man named Marcus Strick was at the door ready to find and fix our problem. He was quickly able to diagnose what the problem was with our system. Unfortunately, our system was not repairable. We were going to be in need of a whole new heating/ air conditioning system. Tim Holt was sent to give us an estimate on the cost for a new system. Tim was wonderful, he did a total inspection of the heating/ air conditioning system including all of the duct work in the attic. Upon his inspection we learned that not only had the heating/ air conditioning unit failed but that the ducting was also in poor shape and it was recommended that it be replaced as well. He gave us many options and priced to choose from for replacement.We decided on our new unit and that we would indeed replace the ducting. We called to order our new unit and set up an installation date. The crew from McClelland Air Conditioning were on time for the installation appointment. We greatly appreciate that they had a strong work ethic, they were polite, they were neat and tidy and worked hard all day. We appreciate that everything was meticulously done and not thrown together. The crew worked in a timely manner and had everything done when they said it would be done. We also appreciate the fact that the estimate of charges given to us were exactly what we paid.
