McClelland Sheet Metal was started in the basement of Collier Hardware In downtown Chico in 1947. 

The Company has grown with the town of Chico and now occupies 20,000 sq ft of Office, Warehouse and Fabrication Shop at the Chico Airport.

Today McClelland Air Conditioning, Inc., provides Service, Installation and replacement of Heating and Air Conditioning Systems in Northern California.

Our Service Department has ten Factory Trained Technicians. Training is an on going process as the technology of high efficiency air conditioning systems changes.

We offer Trane, Bryant and Daikin lines of high efficiency equipment for Residential System Replacements.

We approach Custom Homes with a complete offering of High Efficiency Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment, Zone Control Systems and Radiant Floor Heating.
